INGREDIENTS
240g Chickpeas, 1 tin drained
2 x Tbsp. Sesame Oil
100g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
2 x Clove of Garlic, chopped or crushed
2 x Tbsp. Lemon Juice
0.5 x Tbsp. Salt.
INSTRUCTION
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Feel free to add in any optional extras such as roasted red pepper, cumin or paprika for a slightly different taste. It’s as simple as just blending.
If you prefer a smoother hummus you can add in tablespoons of the chick pea water until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve with raw carrots, peppers, celery or toasted pitta bread.
NOTE: 1 serving is around 45g or 2-3 Tbsps.
