EMOM stands for ‘every minute on the minute’. You begin with a designated amount of reps to be completed at the top of a minute, and then you rest for whatever time is left until the next minute. As well as helping to improve your strength and conditioning, EMOM’s are also a great format of training to allow you to practice your pacing for longer workouts, or even to add volume to sports specific lifts.
The exercises within these workouts were chosen for their relative simplicity. Although some of the workouts require the use of other equipment such as a rowing machine.
