I have worked with Ste Greenhalgh for a number of years now. In fact he is probably my longest standing client. We’ve worked on numerous goals in that time. From specific strength training and fitness to his first crack at Tough Mudder. Here is what he has to say.
I have been training with Steve for a few years now and he knows how to push me to reach my goals. This year was slightly different, my friend signed up for Tough Mudder and I was not going to be the one to back down. I told Steve what I had done and he designed a training programme to give me the best chance of surviving the course.
I’ve always had a problem with cardio (especially running) so this was the area I needed to improve on. The training Steve gave me greatly increased my endurance, and improved my cardio performance. He also threw in some body weight exercises that really helped me with the obstacles on the Tough Mudder course.
I’m very grateful for the training Steve provided for me, without it I would have not have survived Tough Mudder. He even gave me advice on the obstacles and clothes that I should wear.
I’m now thinking of signing up for next years Tough Mudder!
