When I started working with David Davies the main goal was to work on his fitness. From there we worked on his preparation for the Wilmslow Triathlon. Here is what he has to say.
I have been working with Steve for most of 2015 and he initially spent time with me to assess my personal fitness goals, one of which was to complete the Wilmslow Triathlon in September.
Steve put together a mixed training programme that, whilst stretching in terms of testing my endurance, hugely improved my fitness levels and complimented my 12 week Triathlon training cycle, which Steve also supplied me with.
Steve has been flexible, supportive and has pushed me to achieve. As a result I was able to not only complete the Triathlon, but beat the time target that we set for myself. I would definitely recommend Steve and his training style, as he helps people by creating a structured programme that gets you focused and fit.
